Research interests

GIS mapping of the glaciated regions, recent changes of the mountainous and polar glaciers, interpretation of remote sensing data, study of natural hazards in the mountains. Study areas: Crimea, the Caucasus, Kamchatka, Spitsbergen, Russian Arctic (Franz Josef Land).
